Thank you and Farewell

My apprenticeship here at The National Bonsai & Penjing Museum is officially coming to an end. The last five months have flown by like nothing I have ever experienced. I hope that my chronicles have provided a productive introductory insight into this art form. If you are new to this world and eager to learn more, I got my start predominately from books and watching videos online. There are also many different regional Bonsai clubs that are a great learning recourse. Find a local chapter, check out a meeting, observe, ask questions, you will be greeted with kindness and enthusiasm. I am extremely grateful for everything that The National Bonsai Foundation has done for me this past summer. The National Bonsai Foundation was an integral part of making this internship happen, and with out them, Toyota Inc. North America, and the National Arboretum, this would not have been possible. It has been an amazing summer, and I am truly grateful.
